Lee oversees operations, finance, and human resources at the firm, focusing on creating clear processes and supportive systems that allow the design team to do their best work, while ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the firm. With a background in organizational leadership and people operations, he brings a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.

Outside of the office, Lee enjoys exploring art galleries, walking foggy beaches, and playing early morning rounds of golf. Inspired by 80s new wave music, he finds inspiration in creativity of all forms, from design to culture to sound, which mirrors his appreciation for balance, rhythm, and expression in everyday life.
