Experience
Khoa joined JLA following a six month internship in partnership with Cal Poly. Having moved from Vietnam to the Bay Area during high school, and a short stint in Barcelona, he brings worldly perspective to the firm. He is in-tuned with living in diverse settings and has an innate ability to make “a home” out of different spaces. Architecturally, he is driven by light, translucency, and textures, and weaves these principles into his work. In his spare time, Khoa can be found reading fantasy books, playing and singing along to the ukulele, or looking for the newest food spots.
