Geometric shapes and primary colors set the stage.

We designed this trendy restaurant & nightclub by combining the unique ingredients of Asian food, gender illusionists, Californian cuisine, and Far Eastern myth. The 4,000-sf South of Market establishment boasts a subterranean disco known as “The Dragon’s Belly” and a central dance platform that doubles as the bar. Rice paper lanterns, illuminated shoji screens, and up-lit bamboo set the stage for surprising entertainment and delectable food. Meanwhile the abstracted sheet metal dragon’s tail punctuates this unforgettable architectural setting.
