We completely remodeled and expanded this two house, side-by-side development. The developer wanted to maximize the units and appeal to family-style living. Each design includes a new, three-car basement garage that was excavated out of the hillside and four floors of living space. For both dwellings, the first floor contains a guest suite/study. The second floor is comprised of three bedroom suites. The third level features a great room with a kitchen that opens to a rear backyard. And the upper fourth level, boasts an entertainment/guest suite, complete with roof deck.

Each house has a distinct personality, utilizing different materials and forms to give a sense of individuality. Further distinguishing the properties, one house contains a separate one-bedroom apartment, while the other has a very large study/guest room.
