Experience
Coming from a multi-disciplinary background, Khoan joined John Lum Architecture in 2004 with an in-depth focus on the sustainable design and commercial interiors industries. She has since added residential architecture to her discipline, including single family dwellings and multi-family developments. Inherently drawn to problem-solving and thorough exploration, she has a knack for coming-up with logical and efficient solutions. She enjoys collaborating with clients to discover their personal style and brings a passion for creating sustainable, responsive environments to her work. A keen eye for detail, Khoan marries her design skills with streamlined processes to help clients articulate their vision and align their goals. An enthusiastic collaborator, she spearheaded the staff mentorship program, empowering employees to move into leadership positions, and has been pivotal to the quality of deliverables and growth of the firm.
