Christopher brings 20+ years of architectural design and management experience to JLA. He’s drawn towards projects that address complex urban design problems and social issues where he can pursue a deeper understanding of specific solutions for infill housing and its effects on our communities.
Having lived most of his youth in the Chicago-area, he attributes his early interest in architecture to the abundant discoveries unveiled to him while exploring the city. Throughout his career, Christopher has contributed to various building typologies, including affordable and sentior living housing, which has sculpted his values as a steward of livable, sustainable communities through architecture.
A long-time resident of the Bay Area, Christopher appreciates the intimacy of coastal cities and the complexity of the California landscape. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and relishing in new discoveries.
