This grand Pacific Heights residence was the result of creative collaboration with Interior Designers, Marsh and Clark Design. The original two-unit Victorian town house was completely reconstructed and reconfigured (with a unit transfer), to create a large, 3,800 square foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath house with a smaller garden apartment. The main residence features a spacious entertainment floor consisting of a living room, library, dining room and large gourmet kitchen/great room, with views overlooking a formal garden. A new staircase capped by an elegant, leaded-glass skylight leads to the bedrooms, including a separate guest and master suite. The one-bedroom garden unit is designed as a separate au pair’s quarter, with an adjacent game room off the garden.
